Each week our menu changes on a Thursday and you can order with us for the following week until that Sunday at 10am - this is for our weekly packages.

Absolutely not, you can use us as you please!
Whats the best way to start?
There’s loads of different packages, some with breakfast others without so it’s really up to you. We would recommend you try our Gold Package where you get Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner 5 days a week for €75 (best value package) – then you can see if it was too much for you or too little

All of Cork City, Little Island, Carrigtohill, Midleton, Ballincollig, Airport Busines Park, Mallow – If you would like to know whether we deliver in your area just get in touch
When do you deliver to my area?
Any house deliveries are in the evening times (the night before) – so on a Sunday you would get your Monday meals etc. We deliver to houses 3 times a week.
All this takes place between 6pm – 9pm (if this doesn’t suit just let us know and we’ll sort something out!)
Every morning before 11am we should have your meals with you in work ready to go

Who delivers my food?
We have a team of Bodychef.ie drivers who deliver daily
What about Public Holidays?
Yep, eating doesn’t stop on a Bank Holiday so we deliver on those days also!
Can we collect our orders?
You can collect your meals from the Bishopstown Bar each day from 7pm the night previous (it’s €5 cheaper also!)
What ingredients are used?
Locally sourced, real ingredients are what we use in all our meals. We don’t use any preservatives, additives or genetically modified foods. Fresh herbs, onion, garlic, and spices are used to create unique flavour bases. All meals are cooked from scratch in our kitchens with premium produce.
What if I'm allergic to some foods?
Please check each meal for anything you may be allergic to. In our kitchen we use milk, egg, gluten, seafood, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seed and capsicum and we cannot guarantee a total absence of these products in any of our meals. Let us know when ordering and we will make sure there’s no cross contamination
Do you cater for special dietary requirements?
Follow our gluten free, vegetarian and dairy free icons for suitable options. Diabetics are also covered as our meals are low in fat, low or zero sugar and in the right portions.
How do I serve my meals?
Each meal has specific easy instructions on how to cook or reheat. If you are oven cooking you need to transfer the food from the plastic container to an oven proof dish. Most meals can be heated using a microwave.
How do I store my meals?
We deliver at least 3 times a week which means the meals are always fresh. They can be stored in a fridge for 3 days.
What are my payment options?
Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercardonline or you can pay cash on delivery to our driver. To protect your security we use a secure independent payment gateway and do not keep any credit card details. You can also ring the Bishopstown Bar: 021-4541151 to make payment overt the phone.
